Notice is hereby given that a Public Meeting will be held by the North Bay Village Development Review
Committee on December 13 at 10:00 a.m. via the Zoom platform.

The Village will meet to discuss a site plan application for 8000 & 7947 East Drive, North Bay Village,
FL 33141.
Pursuant to §4.15 of the Unified Land Development Code (ULDC), the purpose of the DRC is to
provide a coordinated and integrated review of development applications. The DRC will assist in
identifying and addressing technical issues and concerns related to development applications that
will subsequently be heard by the Planning and Zoning Board and Village Commission, specifically,
but not limited to, site plans.
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), persons with disabilities requiring
accommodations to participate in this public meeting should contact the office of the Village Clerk
at 305-756-7171 no later than two business days before such meeting.
Under Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, if any person decides to appeal any decision by the
commission / Committee with respect to this or any matter considered at its meeting or its hearing,
such person must ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes
the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
