You may submit a request for public records to the Village ONE of Four ways:

  2. In person at the North bay Village, 3rd Floor Village Clerk’s Office
    1666 Kennedy Causeway, 3rd Floor, North Bay Village, FL 33141
  3. By phone at  305-756-7171.
  4. Electronically via our Public Records Request Form below.

If you decide to remain anonymous, kindly contact the Village Clerk’s Office within 1-2 business days to determine the status of the request at 305-756-7171.
