PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Village Commission of North Bay Village will hold a Special
Commission Meeting on Monday, December 1, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. at 1666 Kennedy
Causeway, Suite 101, North Bay Village, FL 33141, and online or as soon as possible thereafter.
The Village Commission will meet to discuss the Village’s Community Center and partnership with PFL & AFA.

If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Village, with respect to any matter
considered at this meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and
for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is
made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), any person requiring
special accommodations to participate in this proceeding is asked to advise the Village at
