NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the North Bay Village Evaluation Committee for RFP 2025-006-02
Village Hall / Public Safety Complex Project will hold a meeting on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at
9:00 a.m., or as soon as possible thereafter. The Meeting will be held at Village Hall, Commission
Chambers, 1666 Kennedy Causeway, #101, North Bay Village, FL 33141.
During this meeting, the Evaluation Committee will meet to review and evaluate the responsive
submissions for RFP No. 2025-006-02, the new Village Hall / Fire Station 27 Construction Project.
The Committee will select, in order of preference and rank, the firms it deems to be qualified to
perform the required services.
Pursuant to Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, if any person decides to appeal any decision by the
Board, Committee, Agency, or Commission with respect to this or any matter considered at its
Meeting or its Hearing, such person must ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made,
which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
