Florida Licensing On Wheels (FLOW) mobile offices provide the following services:

• Original Class E – includes Learner’s license and Out of State Reciprocation ($48.00)*
• Renewals ($48.00 for Class E License – plus $7.00 per endorsement)
• Replacement license or identification cards services include address/name changes ($25.00)
• ID cards ($25.00)
• Original/Renewal Commercial Driver License ($75.00 plus $7.00 per endorsement)
• Reinstatements (fees vary)
• Emergency Contact Information Registration (free)
• Vehicle Registration Renewals (fees vary)*
• Disabled Parking Placard Issuance and Renewals (Permanent- free / Temporary- $15.00)
• Add special designation. (Veterans, Deaf/Hard of Hearing, Developmentally Disabled or FWC)*

Note: Written/ Skills examinations are not conducted through the FLOW program.
