South Florida District Optimist Officer of the Year – Jessica Polanco!

We are happy to congratulate #OurNBV Neighborhood Resource Officer (NRO) Jessica Polanco for being awarded the South Florida District of Optimist International’s Officer of the Year Award! During her tenure with NBV, she has established herself as an outstanding ambassador for the Village. As our NRO, she is the Department’s Neighborhood Crime Watch liaison, a member of the Honor Guard, and leads community-facing initiatives. Congratulations, Officer Polanco!
