Former Commissioner Andy Daro was honored with a special recognition for four years of dedicated service to Harbor Island at the November Commission Meeting.
During his time on the dais, he helped bring us a new Community Center, improved parks, and a new Village Hall on the horizon. He also fought to secure grants for the Sidewalk and Crosswalk project, with construction expected to be completed in early 2027, and championed completing the Island Walk to reconnect our community to the waterfront.
Andy and his family remain part of our North Bay Village community, and we look forward to seeing them around the Village. Thank you, Andy, for all you’ve done, and best of luck in this next chapter!
