The qualifying period for North Bay Village’s 2026 General Election has officially concluded.
The following candidates qualified for Office and are elected and re-elected unopposed:
Mayor
Rachel Streitfeld, Esq.
Harbor Island Commissioner
Jorge Gonzalez
At-Large Commissioner
Goran Cuk
When only one qualified candidate seeks election to an office, said candidate is elected without the need to conduct an election. Accordingly, the November 3, 2026, Village General Election is hereby cancelled.
The term of the Mayor will be for two (2) years, and the term of each Village Commissioner will be for four (4) years on a staggered basis.
