During our regular Village Commission meeting Wednesday evening, our North Bay Village Police Chief Carlos Noriega and Deputy Chief Samuel Bejar recognized K-9 Knights President Peter Catalano and his wife, Donna. The two have combined their love of dogs and support for law enforcement by gathering funds from members that are used to purchase Police K-9s for agencies in the Miami-Metro area.
Our newest NBVPD K9 Aerik is the second dog they donated to the NBVPD.
Our NBVPD also recognized Master Sergeant Guevara as Officer of the Quarter. He was selected for his continuing and exemplary service to the citizens of NBV. Congratulations, Master Sgt. Guevara!
