NBV100 Master Plan – Award from Miami-Dade/Monroe APA Chapter

We are ecstatic to announce NBV received yet another award for our NBV100 Master Plan! Last night, we received the 2021 Gold Coast Award of Excellence in the category of Best Plan from the Miami-Dade/Monroe Chapter of the American Planning Association and we were recognized by our peers throughout the County.

The NBV100 Master Plan is equipping the Village with the tools to become a more livable, sustainable, and prosperous community that can adapt to the challenges of a changing climate. Thank you to our Mayor and Village Commission for leading the charge in championing the three pillars of the Master Plan: Livability, Resilience, and Prosperity.
