🗑️ North Bay Village Trash Pickup Services Under Review

North Bay Village is exploring the possibility of transitioning trash pickup to a private service provider — a move being considered as in-house collection costs continue to rise.

What this means for residents:
✅ No change in service quality, recycling, bulk pickup and side yard collection
✅ All current Village sanitation staff would be retained and reassigned within the Village
✅ Potential for long-term cost savings

This item will go before the Village Commission for direction on whether or not to privatize at the June 23rd North Bay Village Commission meeting.
