Community Engagement

MISSION STATEMENT

The Community Engagement Department serves North Bay Village by enhancing resident relationships with local government, fostering a sense of belonging throughout the Village. We are responsible for delivering timely information about services, projects, events, and emergency communications while developing welcoming parks, events, open spaces, and recreation programs that serve the health, enjoyment and well-being of all.

Through responsive listening, sustainable practices, and collaborative partnerships, we preserve North Bay Village’s natural spaces, deliver excellent programs, events, and facilities. Our priority is to ensure residents are informed, heard, and actively involved in shaping our Village. We serve as the vital link between local government and the public.

Our work is guided by a commitment to service excellence, environmental stewardship, and the common good, with the health and engagement of our community at the core of all we do.
