This week, Treasure Island Elementary School students were recognized by Vice Mayor Goran Cuk at their 5th Grade Graduation Ceremony. The award, given to students who have called TIES home from Pre-K all the way through 5th grade, symbolizes a full journey – root to wing, right here in North Bay Village.
