North Bay Village is on the rise — and this week, North Bay Village Commissioner Andy Daro, Commissioner Richard Chervony, and Mayor Emeritus Brent Latham joined executives from Shoma Bay and AFA for a panel discussion centered around the Village’s ongoing transformation.
The panel offered a rare, unified front from both the public and private sectors — signaling strong momentum behind projects that have been years in the making and are set to reshape the Village’s future. These projects will bring better infrastructure, recreational programming and mixed-use development that promises to elevate quality of life for North Bay Village residents.
Shoma Bay used the panel to share details of their broader mixed-use development, which will serve as a natural complement to the new community center, bringing a highly anticipated Publix supermarket and the Shoma Bazaar, a curated food hall concept that will offer Village residents a diverse, vibrant dining.
