Starting September 1, 2023, gas powered leaf blowers will be banned in North Bay Village. Homeowners will be responsible for landscaper fines. Right now, Code Enforcement can issue written warnings until August 31, 2023 when violations are observed. First violation: $50 Second violation: $100 Third violation: $500
