Post-Hurricane Milton Update from NBV

Hurricane Milton accelerated overnight, clearing the west coast of Florida sooner than forecasted by the National Weather Service. Conditions in Miami-Dade are better than anticipated. We thank you for your cooperation during the storm! Village Hall & Post Office will reopen Friday, October 11. All NBV parks remain closed until safe to reopen. Public Works reports no significant damage in the community from wind or flooding. Code Enforcement confirms all areas are safe and secure. Construction in the Village will resume Friday and approved work will happen on Saturday, October 12 from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
