PUBLIC NOTICE
North Bay Village’s Water Department is required as part of the 1996 Safe Water Drinking Water Act to provide information
to the consumer regarding the quality of the water delivered. The Village purchases all its water from Miami-Dade Water &
Sewer Department (WASD). The water is received through a 36” transmission line via J. F. Kennedy Causeway.
The 2025 Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) provides all the necessary information regarding the quality of your drinking
water. This report is based on the monitoring test results for the period January 1 to December 31, 2025. Data obtained
before January 1, 2025, and presented in this report are from the most recent testing done in accordance with the Federal
and State of Florida laws, rules, and regulations.
