North Bay Village Commission Unanimously Votes in Frank Rollason as Village Manager

Congratulations to Frank Rollason on his appointment as Village Manager by the North Bay Village Commission at our December meeting. Frank brings an impressive and distinguished public service background to this role, including his previous tenure as Village Manager from 2013-2018. Prior to this appointment, he served as the Director of Emergency Management for Miami-Dade County, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership in coordinating critical community response efforts. Frank’s professional journey also includes 20 years with the City of Miami, where he was a key member of the senior management team, developing deep expertise in municipal administration and public sector leadership.

With his comprehensive experience in local government, emergency management, and strategic planning, we are confident that Frank will provide exceptional leadership and guidance for North Bay Village.
