Welcome to North Bay Village’s Saturday Soccer Program for children ages 5–15! Join us every Saturday morning for fun, fitness, and teamwork at:

Note: Non-resident fees must be paid via credit card on-site each Saturday. No payment = no participation.
📋 Required Documents
- ✅ Completed Registration Form
- ✅ Proof of Residency or Enrollment (e.g., driver’s license, utility bill, report card, Miami-Dade Schools Portal screenshot)
- ✅ Liability Waiver (Skip if already submitted for competitive soccer)
📝 Registration Notes
- Register only one child at a time.
- All participants must submit proof of residency or enrollment.
- Registration is open to all children, including visiting guests.
- No upfront cost — fees collected only at Saturday sessions.
- Children who are not pre-registered will not be permitted to participate.
🚨 Critical Deadline
All required paperwork must be submitted by August 14, 2025 to participate in Quarter 1.
If not submitted, your child will need to wait until Quarter 2 to join.
