RULES OF CONDUCT & BOOKING </h5

On Field / On Court Conduct

• No dangerous play (slide tackles, charging, net/goal abuse). • Rotate courteously; vacate promptly at reservation end. • No food, drinks, chewing gum inside courts/fields. • Maintain clean play areas; dispose of trash properly. • Spectators must remain off the playing surface. • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Booking & Eligibility

• All players must use Playtomic application for reservations. • Soccer 5x5 = minimum 8 players. • Pickleball = minimum 4 players. • Padel = minimum of 4 players • Residents play for free; non residents pay partner fees.

ACCEPTANCE

I understand that participation in soccer, pickleball, padel and other recreational activities involves inherent risks including falls, collisions, contact with equipment or other participants, serious injury, disability or death. I knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks. To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, I release and hold harmless River Sea Finance Organization LLC and the municipality of North Bay Village, and their officers, employees, agents, contractors and affiliates (“Released Parties”) from claims arising from participation or use of the facilities, including claims resulting from ordinary negligence of the Released Parties, but excluding gross negligence or willful misconduct. I accept financial responsibility for any damage intentionally caused by me or my minor child. If signing for a minor, I certify that I am the parent/legal guardian, consent to the minor’s participation, and agree to this Release on the minor’s behalf to the fullest extent permitted by Florida law. Failure of a participant or a participant minor to abide by rules described herein, may be subject to removal from premises and not allowed future use of outdoor facilities.
